TiffEny’s Signature Team
TiffEny’s represents Fashion with Focus; therefore, we must have a platform. Without a platform, a model is just a mannequin without a voice. Without a voice, fashion cannot be heard. Without fashion, then we are forced to see a blank canvas without color or beauty.
Without color or beauty, we become clones of each other, which defeats the purpose of our unique Fingerprint. And without our Fingerprint, we cannot be identified for who we really are…
~ Tiffany, CEO

Tiffany A. Galloway-Foster
Born in Georgia and raised in Indiana, Tiffany A. Galloway-Foster is a Social Butterfly who found no problem taking root in Texas after graduating from high school. Ms. Tiffany, as she is affectionately called, soon became a Texan and developed long-lasting friendships that would prove to be Family.
Alumni of Indiana University and NAU, Tiffany used her background in speech, drama, music, fashion, Radio/TV and journalism to mentor, teach, write and direct church and community play. Growing up as a PK (Preacher’s Kid), Tiffany is no stranger to the Arts and walking into those roles was a natural transition that brought much joy.
At age six, she directed and wrote her first play, “The Little Lamb”. From modeling to class president, from the debate team to acting, from singing in the choir to singing solos, from writing essays to writing plays, from planning programs to planning events, and from Dee Jaying to directing plays, Tiffany has always had a love for music, theater, fashion, and writing. Believing that she would follow a path of journalism and theater, Tiffany took a different journey that led to marriage and motherhood.
Although she would work in corporate America as an Executive Analyst for over 20 years, her passion for Event Planning, Designing, and the Arts never waned. And she devoted as much time to her passion as she did her career. Corporate America offered stability but it did not eradicate her desire to fulfill what she always believed to be her true calling. Whether teaching or serving as Fine Arts Director at her church, Tiffany knows the value of providing a platform for all generations to come together for cultural, political and educational enrichment as well as discuss the current issues facing our society.
Life’s lessons and experiences challenged Tiffany to dream again. Event planning, designing, writing and directing was never a side hustle or just a way to make extra money. It was and always will be a part of her very being. It was as essential to her life as breathing. “Transforming spaces, creating spaces, designing, and planning events that are chic and unique to every client”…Before she could utter the words aloud, God heard her and placed the same desire in her dear friend and sister, Tammi. Thus, TiffEny’s Signature, LLC was born.
We were all created with unique qualities, which should be celebrated. Regardless of color, age, size, height, creed or color; we all possess an inner beauty that makes us shine. Tiffany has always believed that “Fashion” should be the “exclusive to our inclusive”. By creating designs to enhance our overall make-up and build, our “different” becomes our strength and our strength becomes our Signature and our Signature becomes our Style. Our style embodies our gifts, personality, and attitude. That is what makes TiffEny’s Signature, LLC.
Tiffany has a strong and supportive family. She is also the proud mother of Trey, and godmother to many.

Tamensia R. Carathers Nealy
Tamensia R. Carathers Nealy, Chief Financial Officer, and Managing Director is a Texas native who has been making waves and breaking stereotypes since she made her grand entrance in the world. Dancing to the beat of her own drum, she has never settled and is not afraid to voice her opinions or stand up for her principles.
Tammi, as she is affectionately called, has forged many new grounds without apology or regrets. Whether accepting a lead role in local production, singing in a major ensemble or leading a team in corporate America, she has left an everlasting handprint to be admired and followed.
With her mom emphasizing education and serving as an example, Tammi received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Texas Woman’s University, a Master’s degree from the University of Phoenix in Human Resource Management and Project Management, and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. She is a member of IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysts), a member of PMI (Project Management Institute) and a member of NCL (National Charity League) – Fort Worth Trailblazers Chapter.
Although Tammi wears many hats and creating balance is tough, her love for children, her belief in equality regardless of color, creed or sex and her zest for a promising future for generations to come are constant reminders that there is more work to be done. Donating her time or volunteering at her church, community and charitable organizations brings much joy despite a full calendar or hectic work schedule.
TiffEny’s Signature, LLC is more than a business, it is a brand. Every gift and lesson has prepared Tammi for her recent role as a business owner and CFO. She is not afraid to be different. She is not afraid of fashion. She is not afraid of competition. And moreover, she is not afraid to be a voice in a loud, crowded room. After all, there are still more bricks to build an empire.
There is nothing more precious than God and Family. Tammi is proud of her accomplishments but she takes more pride in being a wife to Marcus Nealy and mother of Braeden and Morgan.
